Funeral Services for William Jack David, age 81, formerly of Rushville will be Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn – Church of Our Fathers. Viewing will be on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 from 4-8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Mortuary, 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. A memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
Born September 11, 1926 in Rushville, Nebraska. Bill was the 5th of 6 children. He lost his battle with lung cancer on August 14, 2008.
After graduating high school, Bill joined the Navy. Bill owned and operated Thunderbird Lanes bowling alley in Chadron, Nebraska. Bill married his second wife, Isabelle, in 1959 and moved to California in 1968. He worked as a quality control inspector for Lucky grocery stores for 25 years, he retired in 1993. His real passions were woodworking, baseball and bowling. A real highlight for Bill, a lifelong Angels fan, was being at the World Series when the Angels finally won!

Daughters- Patricia Kacere and Lori David-Jones.
