Funeral Services for Ricky Yankton, Sr., age 60, of Pine Ridge, SD will be Monday, September 1, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Little Wound School with Reverend Cordelia Red Owl officiating. A first night wake will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 30th at Billy Mills Hall at Pine Ridge, SD; a second night wake will begin at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 31st at Little Wound School at Kyle, SD. Burial will be at Noon on Thursday, September 4th at the Black Hills National Cemetery.

Special Companion- Carolyn Brown Bear of Pine Ridge, SD.
Sons- Ricky Yankton, Jr. of Martin, SD; Jeffrey Bordeaux of Rapid City, SD.
Daughter- Violet Yankton of Custer, SD.
Sisters- Reva Mesteth, Kathi Dillon both of Pine Ridge, SD; Gerti Yankton of Wanblee, SD; Sterling Rooks of Porcupine, SD; Darlene Rosane of Kyle, SD.
Hunka sister- Genevieve Ribitsch of Pine Ridge, SD. Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
