Vicky Lynn (Beman) Dunn was born to Jerry and Dorothy Beman on March 8th, 1957 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She died in her home in Harrison, Nebraska on September 10, 2008 after a long struggle with Crohns Disease.

Her family was her life and they were her best friends. She enjoyed quilting and made many beautiful quilts for family members. Reading was also an important aspect in her life so it fit when she became the Sioux County Librarian. She helped organize and build the library to what it is today. She loved to interact with the children at the library and loved doing skits for the Summer Reading Program. She also loved animals and hoped to open up a dog breeding/training business. Though she is no longer on this earth, memories of her will remain for generations. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and she will be missed by many.
