10/06/2008 - Dr. Monty Fickel

Funeral Services for Dr. Monty Fickel, age 69, of Chadron, NE, will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 6, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chadron with Father Tim Stoner and Father Ed Courtney officiating.  There will be a Vigil on Sunday, October 5, at 7 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church. 

Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Chadron with Military Honors provided by Chadron Veterans Honor Guard.   

A Memorial has been established for the Dr. Monty Fickel Math Scholarship at Chadron State College.  Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, P.O. Box 970, Chadron 69337.
