Billie Rae Brownell Jaggers, born in WashingtonD.C. on April 24, 1933, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2008, in Phoenix, Arizona.
She grew up in Hay Springs, Nebraska. She and her husband William Jaggers (Bill) ranched south of Hay Springs where they lived, worked and raised their family. Immediate Survivors: Husband- Bill of 54 years. Children- Andrea Jaggers Rising (Terry), Terrie Jaggers Wood (Robert), Marsha Jaggers Gautney, Catherine Jaggers Churchill (Dean), Lance Jaggers (Jacquie) and Steve Jaggers (Carrie). Grandchildren- Lark, Shawn, Jesse, Andrew, Brian, Bandie, Adam, Ashlie, Micah, Lukas, Kelli, Kayla, Elizabeth, Lindsey, Kerrie and Steven. Great-Grandchildren- Barrett, Carson, Claire, Ava and Jackson. As well as many relatives and friends. Billie Rae will always be remembered as loving, caring and compassionate to others. She touched many lives and will be loved and missed by all who knew her and she will remain in our hearts forever.
