Funeral Services for Carol Red Star, age 63, of Wounded Knee, SD will be Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God in Wounded Knee, SD with Reverend Craig West officiating.
A two night wake will begin Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Church of God in Wounded Knee, SD.
Burial will be at the Messiah Episcopal Cemetery in Wounded Knee, SD.
Immediate Survivors:
Sons- Calvin Spotted Bear, Mike Spotted Bear both of Wounded Knee, SD.
Brothers- Paul Red Star, Jr. of Wounded Knee, SD; Elmer Red Star of Albuquerque, NM; John Red Star of Lincoln, NE; Felix Roubideaux of Valparso, IN.
Sister- Lillian Red Star-Fire Thunder of Albuquerque, NM.
Grandchildren- 9
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
