Funeral Services for Cleveland J.D. Wounded Head, Sr, age 27, of Potato Creek, SD will be Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM at St. Henry’s Church Hall in Potato Creek, SD with Reverend Jeff Siscoe and Reverend Richard Lee officiating.
A two night wake will begin Thursday, April 16, 2009 at St. Henry’s Church Hall in Potato Creek, SD.
Burial will be at the St. Timothy’s Episcopal Cemetery in Potato Creek, SD.

Son- Cleveland Wounded Head, Jr. of Potato Creek, SD.
Parents- Anita and David Wounded Head of Potato Creek, SD.
Brothers- Charles Wounded Head of Potato Creek, SD; Ruben Wounded Head of Rapid City, SD.
Sisters- Charlene Wounded Head of Allen, SD; Angela Wonded Head of Winterfort, TX; Charmaine Wounded Head, Sharon Wounded Head, Tangela Wounded Head all of Potato Creek, SD.
