Funeral Services for William G. Stewart of Pine Ridge, South Dakota will be Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 2:00pm at the Billy Mills Hall, in Pine Ridge, with Reverend Craig West officiating.

A two night wake will begin on Monday, June 10, 2009 at 2:00pm at Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge.

Interment will be at the Wolf Creek Community Cemetery, in Wolf Creek, South Dakota.

Stewart died Wednesday June 3, 2009 in Pine Ridge, he was 28.

His survivors include his son Cassius Rey Rowland of Pine Ridge, parents Ronald and Virginia Rowland of Pine Ridge, brothers Tyler Rowland, Phillip Rowland, Benton Rowland and Arlin Rowland all of Pine Ridge.  Also sisters Rosemary Rowland and Marion Rowland both of Pine Ridge, grandmother Freda Yellow Hair of Rapid City, great grandfather James Charging Crow of Wanblee and three nephews, Tyler, Jr., Adrian and Skylar and one niece Hailey.  He is also survived by his uncles, Reno Rowland, Mark Fresquez, Philip, Alon, Darrell, Walter Standing Soldier, aunts, Bonita Ghost Dog, Josephine Standing Soldier, Gayla Spotted Bear, Brenda Mesteth, Benita Mesteth and Kathy Mary.  Also cousins Myron, Duane Ghost Dog, Melanie Ghost Dog, Autumn DuBray Jennifer, Julie spotted Bear, Thomas Spotted Bear, Kelli and Cheyenne Ten Fingers, Daniel, Jessica, Stephaine Crow, Gabriel Standing Soldier, Timmy and Kimmy Poor Bear,  Darrell, Sean, Eric, Darrelyn Standing Soldier, Alliance Roland, Ryan Standing Soldier, Verdell, Kenneth Mesteth, Alex and Donita Red Star Alon, Jr. and David Standing Soldier.
