Memorial Services for Michael L. Slaymaker, age 36, of Chadron will be Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 4:00 PM at the Ballroom of Bordo’s Smokehouse in Chadron.
The family would like friends to join them for food and drinks at the Red Zone afterwards.
Memorial services will also be held at St. Anthony’s Church in Casper, WY on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 3:00 PM.
Burial will be at the Memorial Gardens in Casper, WY.
Immediate Survivors:
Wife- Dana Slaymaker of Chadron, NE.
Son- Brock Slaymaker
Daughters- Ashley and Chantel Slaymaker
Mother- Sandra Slaymaker of Casper, WY.
Sister- Lori Norby of Casper, WY
Chamberlain Chapel of Chadron is in charge of arrangements.
