Funeral Services for Verna Nadobny, age 85, of Rushville will be Friday, December 4, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Chamberlain-Pier Chapel in Gordon.
Burial will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Rushville.
A memorial has been established for Friends in care of Forrest Nelson.
Verna Nadobny, 85, of Rushville, Nebraska, died December 1, 2009, at Pioneer Manor, Hay Springs, Nebraska. She was born December 15, 1923, in Crawford, Nebraska, to William and Annie Fink.
She was a homemaker. Verna took great and caring pleasure in her family and church. Her husband Bill preceded her in death twelve years ago.
Immediate Survivors:
Daughters- Kathie Pixomatis of Monticello, MN; Carol Albright of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pallbearers were Mark Pixomatis, Reid Keister, John Nadobny, Ron Dreyer, Forrest Nelson and Joe Dreyer.Brother- Bus Fink of Tallahassee, FL. Grandchildren- 11 Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
