Funeral Services for Leanna S. (Keim) Jackson, age 45, of Chadron will be Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Chamberlain Chapel at 2:00 PM with Dr. Russ Seger officiating.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for Leanna's medical and transportation expenses, Hay Springs Volunteer Fire Department and the Festival of Hope for Cancer Research. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, Nebraska 69337.

Leanna S. (Keim) Jackson died March 21, 2010 in Chadron after a two year battle with cancer. Leanna was born in Chadron on October 8, 1964, the seventh child of Franklin and Martha Keim.
Leanna graduated from Chadron High School in 1982 and worked for S&S/ The Mercantile in Chadron from 82-85. She then moved on to work for Northwest Rural Public Power District in Hay Springs for 25 years. She married Jim Jackson August 31, 1984 and made their home in rural Hay Springs to this union three daughters were born; Brittany, Randee, and Reba.
Leanna was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many. Her favorite things to do were bowling, gardening, sewing and quilting along with helping family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Keim; grandparents Franklin and Tracy Keim and Clarence and Martha Gochnauer, 6 Aunts and 2 Uncles.
Immediate Survivors:
Husband- of 25 years, James “Jim” Jackson.
Daughters- Brittany, Randee, and Reba Jackson.
Parents- Franklin and Martha (Gochnauer) Keim.
Brothers & Sisters- Loren and wife Mary Alice Keim, Bev and husband Larry Wilhoit, Juanita and husband Dave Hottell, Harvey and wife Deb Keim, and Bruce Keim (Keith Currier).
Father & Mother-in-law- Bill and Juanita Jackson.
Brother-in-law- Tom and wife Kerry Jackson.
Sister’s-in-law- Joan and husband Michael Raymer; Kim and husband Bill Wilson.
Leanna is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
Chamberlain Chapel of Chadron is in charge of arrangements.
