Funeral Services for Vonnie Sawyer, age 82, of Rushville will be Monday, March 29, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the United Methodist Church in Rushville with Pastor Rod Heilburn officiating.
Burial will be held at the Fairview Cemetery in Rushville.
A memorial has been established for the Rushville United Methodist Church, Rushville Rescue Unit.
Immediate Survivors: Son- Michael W. Sawyer of Lincoln, NE. Daughters- Cynthia Sawyer-Beglin of Omaha, NE; Marsha Lehman of Rushville, NE.
Brothers- Gary Hopkins of New Castle, CO; Lemoin Hopkins of Belen, NM; Jerry Hop;kins of Aurora, CO; Clinton Hopkins of Atwood, KS. Sisters- Nita Giles of Weed, CA; Joan Tongish of McDonald, KS; Janice Horinek of Salina, KS; Janette Chisham of Leonora, KS. Grandchildren- Misty Lehman-Davis & Tucker Beglin
Great Grandchildren- Brock & Aidan Davis
