Funeral services for Patty K. (Randall) Briggs, age 65, of Winner, SD will be Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Hickey-Wevik Funeral Chapel in Chamberlain, NE

Patricia K. Randall was born February 2, 1945 in Mitchell, SD to Wyman and Rita (Dozark) Randall. She attended grade school in Chamberlain and graduated from Chamberlain High School on May 23, 1963.
After graduation Patty attended Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. On November 6, 1965, she was united in marriage to Bill Briggs in Chamberlain. They remained in South Dakota until moving to Gordon, NE in 1972, where Patty made her home for over 35 years. In 2009, she moved to Winner, SD. Patty enjoyed many hobbies and interests throughout her life, along with a true passion for NASCAR.
Patty passed away on March 27, 2010 at Winner Regional Long Term Care in Winner, SD.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents.
Children- Thad Briggs and fiancé Rique of Winner, SD; Tricia Mitchell and husband Brandon of Oklahoma City, OK.
Grandson- Brandon Briggs. Brothers- Jim Randall and wife Lavonne of Winner, SD; Bill Randall and wife Kathy of Chamberlain, NE; Dave Randall of Chamberlain, NE. Sister- Nancy Christensen and husband Pete of Chamberlain, NE. Hickey-Wevik Funeral Home in Chamberlain, SD is in charge of arrangements.
