Memorial services for 87-year-old Emma Charles of Alliance, will be at 2 pm on Friday (July 2) at the Lister Sage Community Center in Hay Springs.
Memorials may be given to Good Samaritan Village in Alliance or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Survivors include her children: Patricia (Gordon) Schilz of Fort Morgan, CO; Edward (Sandie) Charles, Jr., of Ocala, FL; Elwood (Cheri) Charles of Gurley, NE; Lillie (Philip) Lecher of Alliance; Judy (Marc) Vahrenkamp of Hay Springs; Bonnie (Gary) Housch of Hay Springs; Everett (Carol) Charles of St. Augustine, FL; Ellis (Lillie) Charles of New River, AZ; Ernest (Angie) Charles of Gering; Eugene (Kim) Charles of Scurry, TX; Peggy (Ed) Jensen of Alliance; Carol (Tim) Jenkins of Missoula, MT; and approximately 150 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren..
