Funeral Services for Roxanne Kay Whirlwind Horse, age 36 of Minneapolis, MN will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 17 at the TnT Center in Wanblee, SD with Reverend Emerson Spider. A two night wake service will start at 5:30 PM, Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the TnT Center in Wanblee, SD. Traditional Lakota Services performed by Mr. Mike Little Boy. Interment will be at the Native American Cemetery at Potato Creek, SD
