Funeral services for Wilbur L. Rising, age 86, of Crawford will be Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Community Church in Crawford with Pastor Mary McDowell-Thompson officiating.
Burial will be at the Marsland Cemetery.
A memorial has been established. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, P.O. Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.

Mr. Rising passed away on July 28, 2010 at the Ponderosa Villa in Crawford. Wilbur was born on February 13, 1924 in Marsland, Nebraska.
Immediate Survivors:
Sons- Richard “Rocky” and wife Cindy Rising of Sutherland, NE; Randy Rising of Crawford, NE.
Daughter- Sharon and husband Dale Travnicek of Harrison, NE.
Chamberlain Chapel of Crawford is in charge of arrangements.
