09/23/2010 - Bonnie L. Clark

Funeral services for Bonnie L. Clark, age 74 will be Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Hemingford with Pastor Jeri Soens officiating.
 
Burial will be in the Hemingford Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 22nd at the funeral home in Hemingford from 2-8:00 PM.
 
Memorials may be given to the United Methodist Church.

Bonnie L. Clark died Sunday, September 19, 2010 at her home.
 
She was born February 12, 1936 in Alliance, Nebraska to Cyril C. and Agnes Marie (Tuter) Burney.
 
Bonnie grew up and attended school at Hemingford, Nebraska. She also attended Business College in Rapid City, South Dakota before working in Denver for a couple of years.
 
On November 15, 1959 she married Eldon O. Clark at Hemingford.  Together they enjoyed farming and ranching for over 40 years until they retired in 2002.  She always enjoyed living on the farm and country life.
 
Bonnie was an active member of the United Methodist Church, Extension Club, and Club Council.  She kept very busy organizing events and planning activities.  She spent numerous hours working on family history, reading her bible, quilting, and gardening.  She treasured her time with family and friends.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Bruce, and brothers Bob, Ray and Billy Burney.
 
Immediate Survivors:
 
Husband- Eldon Clark of Alliance, NE.
 
Son- David and wife Teresa Clark of Gering, NE.
 
Daughter- Marilyn and husband Ron Reed of Hay Springs, NE.

Daughter-in-law- Nancy of Alliance, NE.
 
Grandchildren- Tyrel Clark, Witt Clark, Hayley Clark, Hollie Clark, Heidi Clark, Halsey Clark, Austin Reed, and Trent Reed.

Brothers- Donald Burney of Alliance, NE; Charles Burney of Elko, NV; Paul and wife Emily Burney of Carter, MT; Larry and wife Linda Burney of Cheyenne, WY; Jim and wife Becky Burney of Cheyenne, WY.
Numerous Nieces & Nephews
Brother-in-law- Ronald and wife Naomi Clark
Sister-in-law- Lucille and husband Don Egly.
