Francis (Fritz) Avery Morton, age 77, of White River, SD passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2010. Fritz was born to George and Eldora (Stabler) Morton on May 11, 1933 in Thedford, Nebraska.
Fritz had a passion for horses and ranch life. He loved the states of Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. He served his country with the Army in the Korean War from 1953 – 1955. For many years he carried mail in the more remote areas of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
