Funeral service for Clara I. Murphy Haas, age 97, will be Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Pacific Street Chapel in Omaha with burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Omaha.
A memorial service in Harrison will take place at a later date.
A memorial has been established for the Harrison VFW #7970. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, P.O. Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.

Clara I. Murphy Haas, of Harrison, passed away November 12, 2010. She was preceded in death by husbands John J. Murphy and Charlie Haas; son Jack G. Murphy; Parents Viola and Art Eveland; Brother Lyle Eveland and Wife Vera.
Immediate Survivors:
Sons- Jim and wife Jo Murphy of Omaha, NE; Dennis and Sandy Murphy of Harrison, NE; Pat and Laurie Murphy of Omaha, NE; Mike and Virginia Murphy of Pocatello, ID.
Daughter- Mary and Ben Bickels of Omaha, NE. Daughter-in-law- Peggy Murphy of Omaha, NE. Brother- Art Eveland and wife Marge of Hutchinson, KS. Sister- Ellen Winrod of CA. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-great-grandchildren. Chamberlain Chapel of Crawford is in charge of arrangements.
