Funeral Services for Jerry Michael Gibbons of Alliance, Nebraska will be at 9:00 Thursday February 3, 2011 at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, with Mr. Charles McGaa officiating.  Traditional Lakota Services will be with Mr. John Gibbons.

Burial will be at 2:30, Thursday afternoon at Black Hills National Cemetery.

A two night wake service will begin at 2:30, Tuesday afternoon at the Billy Mills Hall.

Gibbons died Thursday January, 27, 2011, he was 63

His survivors include sister Agnes Tyson of Pine Ridge, daughter Linette Gibbons of Rapid City, South Dakota, step-children Lynda Red Eagle of Porcupine, South Dakota, Robert Red Eagle of Rapid City and Mark Red Eagle of Ogalala, South Dakota.  Also son-in-law Correy Clifford, Sr. of Rapid City, grandchildren Shawn Clifford, Correy Clifford, Jr., Christopher Clifford, Meadeau Clifford, Ashley Richards, Kiana Richards, Tristan Two Crow, ChandlerTwo Crow, Robert Red Eagle, Jr,. and Clement Gibbons.
