Funeral Services for Marlin Vernon White Plume “Toka Ole” Hunts The Enemy, age 26, of Manderson, SD will be Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD.
A two night wake service will begin Friday, April 1, 2011 at 4:00 PM at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson, SD.
Traditional Lakota Services provided by Mr. Rick Two Dogs.
Burial will be at the White Plum Family Cemetery in Manderson, SD.
Immediate Survivors:
Wife: Frankie Boerschig of Manderson, SD.
Children: Marlin, Jr., Halley Margaret; Riley Ann White Plume
Brothers: Chauncey Brown, Michael James, Tatanka He Luta; Ivan White Butterfly, Jr.
Sisters: Aubrie Jaimes Tall, Sina Kasha Mani Win Tall, Michelle White Plume,; Leslie Cary White Butterfly, Rose Bud White Plume all of Manderson, SD; Thresa Brown of Minneapolis, MN.
His many nieces and nephews that he cared for and took care of.

Father, Ivan White Butterfly “Mato Wana Pin”
Brothers: Tawapaha Luta and Mato Nape Ska
Marlin Veron White Plume, Sr. came into this world in Denver, CO to his mother, Alta White Plume on September 30, 1984. He left this world on March 26, 2011.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
