Funeral services for Loren Tesch, age 52, of Gordon, Nebraska formerly of Chadron will be Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Chamberlain Chapel with Pastor Ann Sundberg officiating.
A funeral service will also be Friday, May 27, 2011 at the First Lutheran Church in Milford, Iowa at 10:00 AM.
Burial will be at the to follow at Prairie View Cemetery in Paullina, Iowa.
A memorial has been established for the National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund. Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, NE 69337.

Loren Harlen Tesch, 52 of Gordon Nebraska, died May 20th, 2011 at ChadronCommunityHospital with his wife, children, grandchildren, and parents by his side.
Loren was born July 19, 1957 in Primgar, Iowa, to Velma and Harlen Tesch of Milford, Iowa.
Loren served in the United States Air Force as a military officer for 13 years. Then he was honorably discharged. In 1991 Loren and his wife Rossella moved to Chadron, NE.
Loren served as a Chadron cop from 1991 to 1997 where he then was promoted to Sergeant. In 2001, Loren moved to Gordon, NE to serve as Police Chief till 2007.
Loren’s interests included family, fishing, and hunting, as well as taking the time to put a smile on someone’s face through a laugh or helping hand.
Immediate Survivors:
Wife: of 29 years, Rossella.
Daughters: Alycia and Felicia.
Granddaughter: Stormy.
Parents: Harlen and Velma Tesch
Brother: Kelvien Tesch.
Chamberlain Chapel of Chadron is in charge of arrangements.
