11/16/2011 - E. Jean Weldon
E. Jean Weldon, age 83, passed away November 9, 2011, at her home in Hot Springs.
Jean was born July 25, 1928, in Hot Springs to Floyd and Euthala (Curfman) Weldon. She obtained her BS degree from the University of South Dakota and taught in Wyoming, South Dakota, and Idaho. Upon her retirement, she returned to Hot Springs.
Jean was a member of Chapter M, P.E.O., and Traveler’s Club.
A memorial has been established for the Hot Springs Library Building Fund.
In honor of Jean's wishes, there will not be any services.
Immediate Survivors:
Sister: Vesta Johnson
Nephews: Terry Woodward and Corey Johnson
Nieces: Kaye Whitehead, Robin Robinson, Carol Guy and Kris Kamandulis.
McColley’s Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs is in charge of arrangements.
