Funeral services for Ivy Juanita Patton, age 66, of Rapid City, SD will be Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with Father Peter Klink, S.J. officiating.
 
A one night wake service Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD.
 
Burial will be at the Holy Rosary Catholic Mission Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
 
Ivy J. Patton was born February 8, 1946 in Pine Ridge, SD where she grew up and attended Pine Ridge High School. After graduating from high school, Ivy went on and graduated from the National College of Business in Rapid City, SD in 1976 with a degree in accounting. Ivy worked for Financial Accounting Office from 1982 thru the remainder of her life. Ivy enjoyed traveling and spending time with her golden girls Estelle and Betty June. Most of all, Ivy enjoyed casinos with a specific favorite (Prairie Winds). She enjoyed having family and friends around as well. Ivy is a very strong and loving woman who will be dearly missed by all.

Son: Paul Goings of Rapid City, SD
 
Brothers: Doug Patton, Sr. of Pine Ridge, SD and Darrell Twiss of Manderson, SD 
 
Sisters: Estelle Goings of Rapid City, SD and Calvet Patton of Sisseton, SD

Daughter: Sonchia Lynn Goings/Wilcox
Grandson: Lyle Boyd Carpio
Parents: George and Inez Patton
Brothers: Wayne and Paul Patton
Sister: Teresa (Sis) Ecoffey
 
Pallbearers: Dean Patton, Sr., Dale Ecoffey, Sr. Derek Carpio, Shawn Paul Patton, Sr., Bud Thompson, and Stephan Swallow, Jr.
