Charles Bell was born in Minden, Nebraska on May 11, 1952 to Dick and Juanita Bell. He departed this life on June 24, 2012 at the Chadron Community Hospital at the age of 60.
Left to remember and treasure his memory is his sister Jessie Wise of Newcastle, Wyoming and Brother Daniel Bell and family of Gillette, Wyoming along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and services are scheduled for a later date in Newcastle, Wyoming.
