Memorial services for Stuart Arthur Johnson, age 90, of Traverse City and former longtime resident of Rushville, NE will be Monday, July 30, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the United Methodist Church in Rushville, NE with the Reverend Fred Anderson & Reverend Al Trucano officiating.
Inurnment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Rushville, NE.
Stuart Arthur Johnson passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Munson Hospice House in Traverse City. Stuart was born on May 20, 1922, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada, to the late Cornelius and Jean (Murray) Johnson.
Immediate Survivors: Daughter: Barbara (Rod) Michaelson of Traverse City
Son: Stuart (Shirley) Johnson, of Rushville, NE.
Grandchildren: Sharlyn (Robb) Zapp of Phoenix, AZ; Kendra (Marc) Burkholder of Traverse City; Stuart Aaron (Beth) of Seattle, WA.
Great-Grandchildren: 8
Sister: Evaline Norman of Crawford, NE.
Sister-in-law: Ruth Johnson of Rapid City, SD.
