Funeral services for Duane Albert Stands, age 73, of Los Angeles, CA will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Makasan Presbyterian Church in Oglala, SD with Reverend Simon Looking Elk officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 18, 2013 9-11:00 AM at Makasan Presbyterian Church in Oglala, SD.
Burial will be at the Makasan Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Oglala, SD.

Daughter: Avril Lillian Stands of Rapid City, SD
Grandchildren: 1
Great Grandchildren: 2
Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Lillian (Brave Heart) Stands; spouse, Fedelia Swift Bird-Stands, and twin brother, Wayne Stands
