Funeral services for Victoria Esther Black Bear-DuBray “Tasunke Waste Win”, age 42, of Rapid City, South Dakota, will be Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the American Horse School in Allen, South Dakota, with Reverend Terry Packman and Mr. Barry Bentley officiating.
Burial at Allen Community Cemetery.
A one night wake service will be Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 4:00 PM at the American Horse School in Allen, South Dakota.

Half Sisters: Francine Yellow Hawk and Brenda Yellow Hawk both of Rosebud, SD.
Aunts and Uncles: Sam and Sandy DuBray, Sr, Eula & Melvin Young, Hazel Wilson, and Melissa Yellow Boy all of Allen, SD, Delores Mabin of Martin, SD, and Irene Gonzales of Hot Springs, SD.
