Funeral services for Dorothy Freeman, age 76, of Martin, SD will be Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 1:00PM at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD with Mr. Charles McGaa and Fr. Peter Klink, S.J. officiating.
Burial service will be at the Holy Rosary Catholic Mission Cemetery in Pine Ridge, SD.
There will be a one night wake service Friday, July 25, 2014 at 4:30PM at the Billy Mills Hall in Pine Ridge, SD.
Immediate survivors:
Spouse: George Freeman
Children: Douglas Running Hawk and Floyd Running Hawk
Daughter: Georgette (Freeman) Fire Thunder
Step-daughter: Josephine Watters
Grandchildren: 20
Great Grandchildren: 25
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Running Hawk and Rose Red Hair; and daughter, Victoria Freeman
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
