Funeral services for Eugene Emery Long Soldier, SR, age 80, of Wanblee, SD, will be Friday, August 22, 2014 at 10:00AM at the Kennedy Hall in Wanblee, SD.
Burial services will be Friday, August 22, 2014 at 2:00PM, at the Akicita Owicahe Lakota Freedom Veterans Cemetery in Kyle, SD.
There will be a two night wake service starting Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 2:00PM at the Kennedy Hall in Wanblee, SD.

Son: Jonathan Long Soldier
Brother: Verdell Long Soldier
Sister: Florita Pumpkin Seed
Special Niece: Colleen Bettelyoun
Grandchildren: 14
Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Silas and Susie (Rooks) Long Soldier; sons, Calvin Long Soldier and Timothy Long Soldier; and siblings, Grace White, Lloyd Long Soldier, and Albert Joe Long Soldier.
