Funeral Services for Florita Olivine Rooks-Pumpkin Seed “Winyan Waste Win”, age 72, of Wanblee, SD will be Friday, October 3, 2014 9:00 AM at the Kennedy Hall in Wanblee, SD with Reverend Dick and Carol Lee & Reverend Craig West officiating.

 

One night wake services will be Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Kennedy Hall in Wanblee, SD.

 

Burial services will be Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD .

 

Florita was preceded in death by her parents, Dan Good Buffalo and Susie Rooks; spouse, Duane Pumpkin Seed; son, Gilbert Ashley, and Richard & Robert Pumpkin Seed; brother, Eugene Long Soldier, Silas Long Soldier, and Joe Long Soldier; sister, Grace White; and hunka sister, Lana Long Soldier.
