Funeral Service for Elton Julian Ray Red Elk, 5 Months old, of Martin, SD, will be Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 2:00 PM, at the CAP Office in Allen, SD with Reverend Craig West officiating.
Burial will be at Broken Rope Family Cemetery in No Flesh, Kyle, SD.
A one night wake service will start at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 24, 2014 at the CAP Office in Allen, SD.
Traditional Lakota Services is provided by Mr. Quentin Red Bear.
Immediate Survivors:
Parents: Jesse and Lahoma Red Elk of Allen, SD
Brothers: Francis Red Elk of Manderson, SD, Creighton Star, Michael Red Elk, Tanner Cortez, and Jesse Red Elk, Jr. all of Allen, SD
Sister: Pheoniz Red Elk of Allen, SD
Grandmother: Julia Ireland of Allen, SD
Elton was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lawrence Cortez, Sr., Carmen Chase Alone, and Wilbur Red Elk.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
