Funeral Services for Steven Arthur Hernandez, age 68, of Kyle, SD will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 17, 2014 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Kyle, SD with Reverend Cordelia Red Owl officiating.
Burial will be at Mediator Episcopal Church Cemetery in Kyle, SD.
A two night wake service will start Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Kyle, SD
Immediate Survivors:
Sons: Duane Blue Bird of Rapid City, SD and Larry Hernandez of Kyle, SD
Daughters: Rose Fraser and Tanya Hernandez both of Kyle, SD
Sisters: Anne Montileaux, Eunice LeValdo, and Linda Aguilar all of Kyle, SD and Geraldine Lujan of Las Vegas, NV
Grandchildren: 12
Great Grandchildren: 3
Numerous extended grandchildren
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Agnes and Ambrose Hernandez and brothers, Anthony Hernandez, Alvin Hernandez, and William Hernandez.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements.
