Funeral services for Arlene Kay Shangreau-Richards, age 67, will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 23, 2015 at the LaCreek CAP Office in Martin, SD with Rev. John Busch officiating.
Burial will be at BlackEyesCemetery, Bear Creek, in Martin, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the LaCreek CAP Office in Martin.
Arlene passed away on January 18, 2015 in Martin, SD.
Survivors include:
Sons Darrell Marshall and Chris Richards, both of Martin, SD, and Russell Desersa of Colorado
Daughters Thelma Shangreaux (John Dillon) of Martin, SD, and Santee Shangreaux of Colorado
Brother Orville Shangreaux of Denver, CO
Sister Daurine Richards of Martin, SD
Grandchildren: 7
Great Grandchildren: 9
Arlene was preceded in death by parents David Sr. and Viola (Ruff) Shangreau, son Charles “Chuckie” Shangreaux, grandson Matthew Shangreaux, and siblings Roby, Percy, Kenneth, and John Shangreaux, Velma Wheeler and twin sister Marlene Hernandez.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Arlene Kay Shangreau-Richards.
