Funeral services for Virginia Mary Ten Fingers, age 71, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with Ted Ten Fingers officiating and traditional Lakota services provided by Richard Broken Nose.
Burial will be at Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery in Oglala.
A one-night wake service will start at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the Brother Rene Hall.
Virginia passed away on January 26, 2015 in Pine Ridge, SD.
Survivors include:
Son Robert Francis Ten Fingers of Pine Ridge, SD
Brother Theodore Ten Fingers of Rapid City, SD
Grandchildren: 7
Great-grandchildren: 4
Virginia was preceded in death by parents Leroy Ten Fingers, Sr. and Mercy (Pipe On Head) Ten Fingers; son Archie Ten Fingers; sisters Dorothy Waters, Donna Long Wolf, Colleen Long Wolf, and Charlene Long Wolf; brothers Dennis Ten Fingers and Leroy Ten Fingers, Jr.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Virginia Mary Ten Fingers.
