Funeral services for Percy Yellow Hawk, Jr., age 52, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the LaCreek CAP Office in Martin, SD with Pastor Elton Yellow Boy officiating and traditional Lakota services by Rick Grey Grass.
Burial will be at the Martin Community Cemetery.
A two-night wake service will begin with the first night at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at the Mother Butler Center in Rapid City, SD. The second night will start at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the LaCreek CAP Office in Martin.
Percy passed away on February 1, 2015 in Rapid City, SD.

Son Orville Yellow Hawk of Rapid City, SD
Daughter Francine B. Yellow Hawk of Rapid City, SD
Brothers Norman Yellow Hawk and Kermit Little Bull, both of Rapid City, SD; Perry Yellow Hawk of Lakewood, CO; and Patrick Yellow Hawk of Denver, CO.
Sisters Francine Stands of Ideal, SD and Brenna Yellow Hawk-Bettelyoun of Austin, NV
Half brother Vincent DuBray of Parmelee, SD
Half sisters Vinette DuBray of Allen, SD and Vanice DuBray of Death Valley, CA
Percy was preceded in death by parents Percy A. Yellow Hawk and Rachel E. Black Bear, sister Regina Yellow Hawk, and half sister Victoria DuBray.
