Funeral services for Grace (Homrighausen) Leetch, age 97, of Marsland, NE will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Crawford with Pastor Dusty Sprague officiating.

Burial will take place at the CrawfordCityCemetery.

Grace passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Scottsbluff, NE. She was born December 23, 1917 in Box Butte County, NE, to Louis and Jessie (Leavitt) Homrighausen. She was born and raised on the ranch northwest of Hemingford, NE. She was the 4th child of 7. She attended and graduated from Hemingford High School and then attended Normal school to become a teacher. After becoming a teacher, she taught in rural schools near her home for two years.

She married Harold Leetch on September 12, 1942 in Chadron, NE. To this union, five children were born. Grace had a great love for family, gardening, cooking and baking.

She is survived by children Sharon & Martin Fenner of Hemingford, NE, Phyllis Whitaker of Glendo, WY, Nancy Buhr of Gering, NE, Wayne & Laura Leetch of Glendo, WY, Ronda & Bob VanWinkle of Minatare, NE; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law Lourine Jones of Crawford, NE.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband Harold, grandsons Douglas Connor, Daryl Connor, and Larry Fenner, and sons-in-law Kermit Whitaker and Paul Buhr.
