Graveside services for Jason Smith, age 41, of Rapid City, SD will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015 at Greenwood Cemetery in Chadron, NE.
Jason was born on April 30, 1974 in Granada Hills, CA and passed away on May 19, 2015 in Omaha, NE. He lived in Chadron for approximately 11 years while growing up and was a graduate of Chadron High School.
Survivors include mother Phyllis Kinsley and stepfather Richard of Omaha, brother and sister-in-law Jack and Kim Smith of Omaha and their children Katelyn, Ashley, and Mackenzie, uncle John Skelton of Chadron, and uncle Berne Alluis of Utah.
Jason was preceded in death by father Ronald Smith of Chadron, paternal grandparents Jack and Alva Smith of Chadron, and maternal grandparents Arthur and Sally Skelton of Chadron.
