Funeral services for Eagle Wind Rick E. Mulanax, age 51, will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 8, 2015 at the Messiah Church in Wounded Knee, SD. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Gerald Ice.
Burial will be at the Johnson Memorial Cemetery in Wounded Knee, SD.
A two-night wake service will start at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Messiah Church in Wounded Knee.
Eagle Wind passed away on June 2, 2015 in Rapid City, SD.
Survivors include:
Wife Von Bear Eagle of Hot Springs, SD
Mother Irene Frasier-Janis of Pine Ridge, SD
Son Chaskay Bear Eagle of Wounded Knee, SD
Brothers Bernard Mulanax of Manhattan, KS and Terry Owens of Hot Springs, SD
Special grandson Alijah Miller of Lincoln, NE
Numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews
Eagle Wind was preceded in death by father Leroy Mulanax and brother Ray Mulanax.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of the arrangements for Eagle Wind Rick E. Mulanax.
