08/29/2015 - Leonard Walks Out Sr.
Funeral services for Leonard Thomas Walks Out Sr. (TeSunka Kici Gle Kpa Ya), age 73, will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Oglala Recreation Center in Oglala, SD with Pastor Karen Rupp officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Richard Grey Grass.
Cremation will follow the funeral service. There will be a Scattering of the Ashes in the Black Hills on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.
A one-night wake service will start at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 28, 2015 at the Oglala Recreation Center in Oglala.
Leonard passed away on August 24, 2015 in Oglala, SD.

Cross Dog Family of Oglala, SD, Rex & Darlis Crow of Oglala, SD, and Zoe Two Crow of Oglala, SD
Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren
Leonard was preceded in death by parents Asa & Elizabeth Walks Out; grandparents James & Eureka Walks Out; brothers Walter, Hermus, Albert, Asa Jr., and Frank Walks Out; and sister Florence Cross Dog.
