Funeral services for Paul Wayne Catches Sr., age 55, will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Peter Catches Residence in Calico, SD. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Peter Catches.
Burial will be at the Catches Family Cemetery in Calico, SD.
A one-night wake service will start at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 7, 2015 at the Peter Catches Residence in Calico.
Paul passed away on September 3, 2015 in Calico, SD.
Survivors include:
Sons Dietre Catches, Alfred Catches, Paul Catches Jr., and Moses Catches of Pine Ridge, SD
Daughters Cassandra Catches of Popular, MT and Kaya Catches of Tennessee
Brothers Peter V. Catches of Pine Ridge, SD and Kenneth L. Catches of White River, SD
Sisters Cynthia W. Catches and Patricia Catches of Pine Ridge, SD
Nine grandchildren
Paul was preceded in death by parents Pete S. Catches Sr. and Amelia Ribsman-Cathes and siblings Christine Cloud, Myrna Wheeler and Rapheal Catches.
