A memorial service is being planned for Phyillis J. Klein sometime in the spring of 2016 when friends may gather to celebrate her life.
A memorial has been established. Donations may be sent to the Sheridan County Scholarship Fund, Chadron State College Foundation, which was previously established by Phyllis and her husband.
Phyllis passed away early Tuesday morning, October 6, 2015 at Crestview Healthcare Community in Chadron, NE. She was born on August 9, 1928 to Bert and Willa Beier in Buffalo, NY. On April 16, 1949, she married Kurt Klein in Clark’s Green, PA.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, son Keith and daughter-in-law Susan, daughter Leslie and son-in-law Robert, and grandchildren Conor, Tyson, Dary, and Chelsea. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Kevin.
