Myrna passed away at Pioneer Manor in Hay Springs on October 12, 2015. She was born on October 22, 1927 to Edgar and Pearl (Mickels) Price in Madrid, NE, the youngest of six children. She married Robert Lee on February 10, 1945 and to them seven children were born, Rickie who died at birth, Linda Bradfield of Alliance, Carol (Phil) Amateis of Broadwater, Rita Snyder of Scottsbluff, Kathy Katen of Hay Springs, Bruce (Bev) of Hay Springs, and Kristi (Bruce) Kutschara of Scottsbluff.
Myrna and Robert worked side-by-side for many years operating a Grade A Dairy, raising hogs and farming. They moved their family to Mirage Flats, south of Hay Springs, in 1970 where they continued to farm. Myrna worked at Pioneer Manor for 35 years before retiring when she was 80. She enjoyed painting ceramics, sewing, embroidering, crocheting, making cards that she stamped, and Christmas candy. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, and family dinners were always made special by her peanut butter pies, chocolate cake, and other tasty dishes that she would make.
Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, a brother, husband Robert, son Rickie, grandson Staff Sgt. Jason A. Fegler, and son-in-law Eugene Snyder. She is survived by six children, 16 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
