Memorial services for Mary Katherine (Bixler) Morrison, age 84, will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the Daniels Family Funeral Home (3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE) in Albuquerque, NM.
Graveside services will be held in the late spring at the HaySpringsCemetery.

Mary Katherine passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was born July 30, 1931 in Alliance, NE to James & Margaret Fowler. She was raised on a farm/ranch on the Niobrara River south of Hay Springs, NE.
She married Ted Bixler on Sept. 3, 1948. They had four boys, Terry, Michael, Marty & Joel. She earned her nursing degree and practiced nursing at PresbyterianHospital in Albuquerque, NM for 30 years. In retirement, she enjoyed playing bridge and working in the church.
After Ted passed away in 1986, she married Ben Morrison in 1990. Ben passed away in 2004. She is survived by sons and their wives Terry & Ann of Denver, CO, Mike & Carolyn of Aztec, NM, Marty of Denver & Joel of Denver; and brother Paul of Albuquerque.
Daniels Family Funeral Home of Albuquerque, NM is in charge of arrangements for Mary Katherine (Bixler) Morrison.
