Funeral services for Lucinda (Saucedo) Guerrero, age 54, of Oglala, SD will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with Sister Barb and Father Joe Daoust S.J. officiating.
Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 11, 2015 at Our Lady of the Sioux Catholic Cemetery in Oglala, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD.
Lucinda passed away on December 3, 2015 in Rapid City, SD. She was born on September 1, 1961 in Gering, NE to Genovevo Saucedo Sr. and Alberta (Pumpkin Seed) Garcia.
Lucinda is survived by daughters Eileen Guerrero of Salinas, CA, Stephanie Saucedo of Rapid City, SD, and Angelina Saucedo of Chadron, NE; brothers Geno (Nola) Saucedo Jr. of Pine Ridge, SD and Gabriel Saucedo of Yankton, SD; sisters Olivia Arredondo of Commerce City, CO and Norma Saucedo of Greely, CO; and grandchildren Bryan Walking Jr., Arian Walking, Kaylee Guerrero, Damien Guerrero, Isaiah Guerrero, Angel Perez, and Jonathan Perez.
Lucinda was preceded in death by parents Genovevo Saucedo Sr. and Alberta (Pumpkin Seed) Garcia; spouse Albert Guerrero; son Michael Saucedo; and brother Elias Saucedo.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Lucinda (Saucedo) Guerrero.
