Funeral services for 51-year-old Angela Judy LaDeaux-Lara of Rapid City, SD, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Church of God in Wounded Knee, SD.
Burial will take place at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery, Wounded Knee, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 1, 2016 at the Church of God in Wounded Knee, SD.
Angela was born on November 11, 1964 in Pine Ridge, SD to Antoine LaDeaux and Theresa Shot. Angela passed away on December 27, 2015 at her home in Rapid City, SD.
Angela is survived by son Clement LaDeaux of Belle Fourche, SD; daughters Anna Lara of Belle Fourche, SD and Terry Hunts Horse of Rapid City, SD; brothers Anthony Tail of Oglala, SD and Leon LaDeaux of Manderson, SD; sisters Cleo Rose LaDeaux of Gordon, NE and Bernadine Rowland of Wounded Knee, SD; and 10 grandchildren.
Angela was preceded in death by parents Antoine LaDeaux and Theresa Shot; son Stanley Lara; brothers Eugene LaDeaux and Lawrence Shot; and sister Antoinette LaDeaux.
Sioux Funeral Home in Pine Ridge is in charge of arrangements for Angela Judy LaDeaux-Lara.
