Funeral services for Sammi Jo Gotheridge, age 28, will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Martin Activity Center in Martin, SD with Father Rick Abert, S.J. and Deacon Cal Clifford officiating.
Burial will be at the Martin Community Cemetery in Martin, SD.
A one-night wake service will begin at 4:00 PM on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at the Martin Activity Center in Martin, SD.
Sammi was born on February 25, 1987 in Pine Ridge, SD to Chuck and Lois (Nelson) Gotheridge. She passed away on January 21, 2016 at the Bennett County Hospital in Martin, SD.
Sammi is survived by parents Chuck and Lois Gotheridge of Martin, SD; brother Colton Gotheridge of Martin, SD; aunts Nadine Nelson, Suzanna (Jim) Risse, and Jennifer (Jimbo) Haight, all of Allen, SD, Jeanette (Howard) Red Bear of Martin, SD, Dorothy Nelson and Maria Nelson of Kyle, SD, Marjorie Gotheridge of Hot Springs, SD, and Brenda Gotheridge of Cornell, WI; uncles James Nelson and David Gotheridge of Martin, SD; and hunka uncle Bob Pille of Manderson, SD.
Sammi was preceded in death by grandparents Narcis and Maryann Nelson and Charles and Lilly Gotheridge.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Sammi Jo Gotheridge.
