Funeral services for Mariah Angel High Hawk, age 20, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Porcupine School Gymnasium in Porcupine, SD with Brother Don Mink and Reverend Emerson Spider Jr. officiating.
Burial will be at the Native American Church Cemetery in Porcupine, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 4:30 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at the Porcupine School Gymnasium in Porcupine, SD.
Mariah was born on December 1, 1995 in Rapid City, SD to Delbert Sr. and Arlene (White Crane) High Hawk. She journeyed to the Spirit World on February 12, 2016 in Rapid City, SD.
Mariah is survived by parents Delbert Sr. and Arlene High Hawk of Rapid City, SD; son Roman High Hawk of Rapid City, SD: daughter Mataya High Hawk of Rapid City, SD; brothers Tyson & Precious High Hawk and Dominic High Hawk of Rapid City, SD, and Issac White Crane of Potato Creek, SD; sister Deanna High Hawk of Rapid City, SD; special nephew Tyson High Hawk Jr. of Rapid City, SD; and numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, & nephews.
Mariah was preceded in death by brother Delbert High Hawk Jr. and grandparents Aloysius White Crane, Melvin High Hawk Sr., and Vera Moose.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Mariah Angel High Hawk.
