02/27/2016 - Mystic Rose Bad Cob
Funeral services for Mystic Rose Bad Cob, age 10, will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Crazy Horse School in Wanblee, SD with Father Rick Abert, S.J. officiating. Traditional Lakota services will be provided by Wilbur White Mouse.
Burial will be at the Holy Innocents Cemetery in Parmelee, SD.
A visitation will be held from 3:00-4:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Red Bird Residence in Wanblee, SD.
A two-night wake service will begin at 4:30 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Crazy Horse School in Wanblee, SD.
Mystic was born on June 15, 2005 in Pine Ridge, SD to Gerald Bad Cob and Tammy Young. She made her journey to the Spirit World on February 20, 2016 at the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Mystic is survived by parents Gerald Bad Cob and Tammy Young of Pine Ridge, SD; brothers Jeremy Young and Damion Young of Parmelee, SD and Gerald Bad Cob Jr. of Wanblee, SD; sister Makyla Bad Cob of Wanblee, SD; and grandparents Betty and Abel Red Bird of Wanblee, SD and Clarissa and Richard Young of Parmelee, SD.
Mystic was preceded in death by sister Jakayla Young.
Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge, SD is in charge of arrangements for Mystic Rose Bad Cob.
