Funeral services for 80-year-old Cecelia Elizabeth Frazier, Kyle, SD, will be at 10 am Saturday (March 12), at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle, SD.
Burial will be at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Wounded Knee, SD.
A one-night wake service will be taking place at 2 pm Friday (March 11), at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church Hall in Kyle.
Cecelia Elizabeth Frazier was born on August 12, 1935 in Denby, SD to James White Dress and Amelia Red Bear. Cecelia passed away on March 5, 2016 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD.
Cecelia is survived by her daughters, Rose Marie Lovato of Lincoln, NE, Susanna Mercado, Gloria Mercado, and Marsha Friday all of Rapid City, SD; Sophia Iron Horn, Rebecca Mercado, and Leora Mercado all of Kyle, SD, and Brenda Mercado of Porcupine, SD; sons, Francis White Dress of Kyle, SD, and Antonio Duane Frazier of Pine Ridge, SD; sister, Jemma Pearl White Dress of Kyle, SD; 55 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents, James White Dress and Amelia Red Bear; spouses, Larry Mercado and Curtis Frazier; daughter, Lola Rose Mercado; and grandson, Daryl Little.
Sioux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Cecelia Elizabeth Frazier.
